Meet Bob Smith | Sr. Partner

Founded MySuccess, Inc. after 12 years in computer industry sales operations, developing successful marketing strategy for hardware and software resellers of big names such as Satellite Software, Wang Laboratories and Data General. Because of that experience, Bob Smith became very interested in the dynamics that occur in Working Relationships, Communication and Performance Strategy the fields of Marketing, Sales and Executive Leadership.

He applied studies from program work at MIT Systems Thinking Lab, along with Organization and Growth Strategy and beyond with MAP (mental Aptitude Patterning) Relationship and Communication tools. Bob now works with key individuals and teams within companies that want to boost performance through Relationship

. He has provided corporate and executive strategy for industry leaders such as Marriot Corporation, Sears, Northwest Airlines, Children's Hospital, Pulte Homes, Staples Inc., GAP Inc. and numerous startups and fast growth companies.

Since 2007, the emergence of Social Media as a viable Communication and Relationship engagement component of marketing has become the next great focus for doing business in a Global Economy.  This is where the need for Strategy, well-formed use of Applied Technology and solid tracking measures have opened company growth paths to all kinds of clients. Bob spends the majority of his time integrating these particular dimensions. Bob has a large family and resides in Las Vegas.

 
Meet Rob Shively | Sr. Partner

Rob is a partner in MySuccess as well as a co- founder of Stemulance, a Luxury Skincare innovator and Topspin Ventures. For 28 years his advisory practice has provided services to firms ready to take their business, products and services to market and to the next level.  Rob helps them identify, leverage and maximize their market opportunities, craft winning launch, growth and promotional marketing strategies.

Rob's professional successes include:

• Launching one of the country's first PPO Health Plans in 1984          
• Developing the 1st Jack Nicklaus Private Country Club Development in Orange County, CA          
• Helped Xerox transition former classified military technology to an   alpha, beta and full commercial product rollout.          
• Helped launch FOX Sports and their NFL, MLB and NHL franchises by developing promotional strategies that grew viewership amongst new demographic categories resulting in substantial new ad revenue.         
• Wrote the strategic marketing plan and executed the market research phase and the launch of Boeing's first mass market consumer product in conjunction with launch partners British Airways and Lufthansa

During his professional career Rob has held Senior level positions of Marketing, Corporate Development and New Product Development on behalf of several Fortune 500 companies and California based start-ups.  In 2004 Rob was nominated as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and in 2009 Cambridge named Rob a Who's Who in Business.

Meet Doreen Jaress | Sr. Partner

Doreen Jaress has extensive experience in a variety Generalist Human Resource Roles including Recruiting, Retention, Talent Management, Policy and Procedure, Organization Compliance, Employee Development, General Management and Executive Management.

She has experience in Industries that include Hospitality, Health Care, Technology, Retail and Professional Services.

Doreen has a keen eye for balancing the needs of the organization with the performance capabilities and interests of Associates in order to support Business Partners in achieving their Business Goals. This includes strategic support for key business initiatives and process design for integration and implementation of Associate affected organization focus.

Clients appreciate her professional, yet direct communication and clarity about complex Human Resource and Business issues. She quickly takes the murky gray of tough issues and helps them become more obvious in their black or white decision zones. This helps create full understanding of what is at stake and the elements needed to achieve successful resolution.

The Social side of Social Media requires a deft hand at the integration level, because cultural and process inconsistencies will surface and need to be addressed quickly and effectively. This is an area that Ms. Jaress brings a great deal of experience and a deft hand at application. Driving change without losing focus on the end game.
